Refund Policy — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our promise

Try Lymphoria risk-free. If you do not feel lighter, clearer or more balanced — or you are not satisfied for any reason — contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund your purchase in full, no questions asked. You do not need to return the product.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@lymphoriaeua.co with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  2. Tell us briefly what did not work for you — your feedback helps us improve, but it is not a condition of the refund.
  3. We confirm the refund within 2 business days.

No return required

We do not ask you to ship anything back. Please do not return products unless our team explicitly asks you to; unsolicited returns cannot be processed.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, it can take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

Eligibility

  • The guarantee covers orders placed directly on this website and starts on the day your order is delivered.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
  • The guarantee covers one order per customer; subsequent orders of the same product are refundable only if damaged, incorrect or undelivered.
  • Orders that have not arrived yet are handled under our Shipping Policy (replacement or refund if the parcel is lost).

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or your order is incomplete, send us a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement at no cost, or refund you if you prefer. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we refund it automatically.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge until it is dispatched (usually within 1–3 business days). Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once dispatched, the 30-day guarantee applies instead.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — every refund request made within the guarantee period is honoured, and we resolve issues faster than a chargeback does.
